Tonight we invited a bunch of friends over for a little American Independence Day celebration -- complete with BBQ, cake, and fireworks. It was really wonderful to share the evening with great friends.

You are the best! Why were we not there? The food looks fantastic! Glad you had a great time! The 4th of July is symbolic of so many wonderful freedoms that we enjoy. We have our troubles, but I'm truly grateful for being American!
